Livability is one of the effective strategies that seek to create an optimal balance between urban and ecological development processes to ensure sustainable environments. Since this type of assessment is useful for managers and planners, and it is examined from different aspects (ecological, physical-social, economic); The present article examines the capabilities of the region in agricultural activity in the city of Hir Ardabil, emphasizing the ecological potential. The method used in this research is descriptive-analytical and applied in terms of type. The statistical population of this research is the household heads of Hir city and the sample size in this research is estimated to be 375 people using Cochran's formula. In order to analyze the livability of Hir city under the influence of the cherry farming event, the one-sample T-test was used, and the path analysis test was used to evaluate its effects. However, according to the obtained results, the agricultural events have not been able to give birth to a desirable livability among the citizens of Hir; Based on the path analysis model, it can be stated that the livability of the city is dependent on agricultural events, and in the meantime, the economic index has been affected by this event more than other indicators.Livability is one of the effective strategies that seek to create an optimal balance between urban and ecological development processes to ensure sustainable environments.
