In general, most of the technologies used in the process of implementing tourism in the form of a smart city include Internet of Things, artificial intelligence, and blockchain. Blockchain is a decentralized database system with high capabilities and a strong security system based on a series of data protection rules that can be defined as a large distributed public ledger that records transactions on a network.Blockchain, a word that we encounter in abundance these days, is a new phenomenon in recent years that has attracted the attention of many industry and business owners. The high security of this system as well as the speed of the transfer operation was a stimulus for researchers and economists to pay more attention to this system. In this regard, the aim of this research is to determine the role of internationalization business processes on integrated business performance based on blockchain technology with regard to marketing capabilities. The research is applied in terms of purpose and descriptive and survey in terms of data collection. Structural equation modeling technique has also been used to answer the research hypotheses. The statistical population of the research is companies and managers and marketers of Iranian companies with advanced or creative technology in Tehran. Statistical analysis was done using SPSS and Amos software, and the regression method was used in the path analysis test of the hypotheses. The findings of the research indicate that strategizing, synergy and standardization have a positive and significant impact on the marketing capabilities based on blockchain technology of companies. It also increases the quality of services provided to customers and attracts more companies and managers to this industry.
