This research was conducted with a mixed research method to design a desirable model of organizational health in the country's banking system and among 258 people as the statistical population. For data analysis, confirmatory and exploratory factor analysis tests, Pearson correlation coefficient and TOPSIS multi-criteria decision-making technique were used, with the help of SmartPLS and SPSS software. The research findings showed that, in designing the desired model of the organizational health policy model in the country's banking system, three categories were identified, including input index (20 categories), process index (14 categories) and output index (30 categories). Also, in the quantitative section, the indicators effective on the design of the organizational health policy model in the country's banking system are higher than 1.96, indicating the strength of the factor load on the factor (latent variable). Pearson's test showed that the correlation between the output index and the stage index with the Pearson coefficient is 0.847 and the correlation between the input variable and the stage variable is 0.835 and the input with the output is 0.799. Finally, the ranking of the indicators with the TOPSIS multi-criteria decision-making method also showed that the quality service index with a score of 0.604; punctuality with a score of 0.597; recruitment and employment with a score of 0.589; suggestion system with a score of 0.588; and the creation of a punishment system with a score of 0.587 have obtained the highest score.
