Livestock industry is one of the economic activities in rural areas, which is tied to food security and community health, and is a dynamic and employment-generating industry that is one of the main sectors of protein and dairy production is very important in nutrition. It has humans. And it can be said that one of the most risky agricultural activities is the livestock sector, and many uncontrollable factors, such as climate change, droughts and diseases have a negative impact on this economic activity. Risks such as price changes and instability of production factors also exacerbate this in the country. Based on this, the present study has been carried out with a descriptive-analytical method and with the practical purpose of examining and identifying livestock risk management in rural areas of Golpayegan county. Data collection using official and written data was first done in the form of a library and then based on research and field studies with interviews. The statistical population of the study is the total number of livestock households in Mazraeh, Qaleghan, Asfarjan and Robat Qaleghan villages, which has 200 livestock households; Cochran's formula was used to estimate the sample size and 132 livestock families were selected as the sample. The results show that first the risk of fodder and livestock inputs in the studied villages is more important and more frequent, and then the risk of natural factors (severe cold, very hot weather and drought) and theft with equal share and frequency are more important. . And livestock activists first plant low-water forage and store inputs to reduce existing risks; Also, to reduce the risk of natural causes and theft, they build roofed shelters suitable for the cold season and spray livestock in the hot season and install cameras and alarms in their farms.

At present, the natural, geographical, physical contexts of the rural textures, which play a crucial role in making the concept behind their body, are not considered in the new designs. Despite the fundamental differences in contexts, this issue has caused that, the new rural textures in our country become similar to each other and the cohesive structure of many villages in the development of rural areas are exposed to deterioration. The villages of northern Iran are not immune from this situation and nothing have remained from their physical characteristic, and the new sections of rural areas are designed heterogeneously and regardless to the concepts behind the region's architecture, which destroys the originality of the environment. The purpose of this study is to extract the concepts and criteria that differentiate the body of the village and reveal its similarity with the same structures. In this way, understanding the underlying values is extremely useful and is considered very important to approach the new model. In the first part, the subject matters of the research (context, village and rural architecture) are defined and then the characteristics of context-oriented rural architecture and criteria that can be examined from the perspective of contextualism approach are presented. In the second part, by selecting 3 samples from the houses of Baliran village, these concepts and criteria have been evaluated in the houses of the village. The results of this study show that the characteristics of contextual rural architecture have the ability to adapt to the body of the village and can be the best model to achieve contextual architecture in this area. Therefore, by using these concepts and criteria, it is possible to achieve a type of architecture that is located along the past architecture and with the help of the modern facilities and environmental potentials, creates a logical and correct flow in the physical development of the rural textures.

One of the most important concerns affecting humanity today is climate change. As a result, minimizing climate change and natural resource depletion is critical for present and future generations to maintain their standard of living. One way to attain this goal is to focus on the creation of green businesses and boosting the green level of existing businesses. Green business is a rewarding career that helps to preserve and regenerate the environment while also providing goods and services and strengthening the rural economy. Given the role of rural women in rural businesses, the current study examines the prerequisites and mechanisms for the development of green enterprises among rural women. The statistical population included rural women with businesses in Rey County (246 people) and experts in this field (80 people). A total of 202 rural women and 50 experts were interviewed. The samples were chosen using simple random sampling. Data was collected using two researcher-created questionnaires, and descriptive statistics and exploratory factor analysis were used to analyze the results. There is a significant perceptual difference between experts and rural women when discussing the criteria for the development of green businesses among rural women, indicating that what is more important and priority from the perspective of rural women is having entrepreneurial spirit and a willingness to work in green businesses, among other personal and personality attributes. However, according to experts, one of the most significant conditions for the growth of green businesses for rural women is the availability of information and communication facilities and infrastructure. The prerequisites for the development of green enterprises are classified into six key variables based on the results of factor analysis, which collectively explained around 76 percent of the variance of all indicators, which is a desirable and adequate level. The findings of this research revealed that the development of rural green enterprises involves consideration of information and communication, education and extension, market and management, culture and attitude, knowledge and motivation, and lastly financial and economic components. The establishment of a supportive context and infrastructure, the facilitation of communications and networking, socioeconomic empowerment, and finally the development of professional competences are all proven to be critical mechanisms for green business development among rural women.

The desired model of regional development, while being considered as a paradigm in regional development, can be considered as an executive solution for integrated and coordinated development of the region; It has also been noted with fluctuations in policy-making and planning. In this regard, the aim of the present study is to examine and compare the explanatory propositions of the current and existing model with the desired model and to determine the difference between "what is" and "what should be". The method of the present study was as follows: using documentary study, library and open and semi-structured interviews with 35 selected provincial experts. The result of this comparative study is that the optimal pattern is related to four situations such as "simultaneous use of the current and desired pattern", "rejection of the current pattern", "evolved form of the current pattern" and "different perspective". To the current pattern.
