The tourism industry is a dynamic industry with an explosive growth capacity that has made a significant and stunning contribution to the world economy. Sports tourism is also an important part of the tourism industry. The main purpose of the research was to design and formulate a strategic road map for the development of sports tourism of Iran under sanctions. The research methodology was mixed (qualitative and quantitative). In order to identify the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats surrounding Iran's sports tourism, open and selective coding stages in the grounded theory method were used. In this research, in-depth interviews were conducted with 31 experts while reviewing all related domestic articles and the working group of experts was used to formulate and evaluate strategies. The findings showed that "marketing", "emphasis on active sport tourism", "providing essential services", "creating distinctive experiences", "circumventing sanctions", "attracting capital and developing infrastructure" and at the end stage "emphasis on holding domestic and international sports events according to Iran's international position in the world" are the most important strategies needed for the development of Iran's sports tourism, respectively. The first and biggest measures to develop sports tourism in Iran are marketing and development of active sports tourism or adventure tourism. Holding mega sports events in order to develop sustainable tourism in Iran is currently neither possible nor logical. Considering the geographical features of Iran and the existence of many mountains, deserts, seas and beaches in Iran and the high and growing demand that active sports tourism (mountaineering, rock climbing, desert tourism, surfing and other water-beach sports) has found among international tourists, the development and marketing of active sports tourism should be the priority of the country's tourism authorities. Establishing or cooperating with international travel and tourism agencies in Iran's allied and neighboring countries is one of the most important measures to circumvent sanctions in the field of tourism.

Are considered. The purpose of this study is to analyze the physical resilience of informal settlements against environmental memories (earthquake),case study: Pakdasht (EnghelabTown). The type of research is based on the applied purpose and based on the nature of the descriptive and analytical subject. The data required for the research were collected from meta-documents and field methods and the Statistics Center of Iran and SPSS and Excel software were used to analyze the research data. The results of field and documentary surveys showed that the situation of Enghelab town in terms of access to urban thoroughfares in the face of a weak crisis, poor access to major urban uses, in terms of fine-grained parts, in terms of infrastructure area 52% below 50 Meters and more than three quarters under 70 meters have infrastructure in terms of housing age 57% over 20 years and 35% over 40 years, in terms of materials 92% brick and iron, in terms of building quality, 9% destructive, 76% maintainable and 15% are newly built According to the results of the research, the town of Enghelab is at a low level in terms of physical resilience in the face of earthquake risk.

Urban resilience refers to the position of the city that due to proper management and planning, increases its resilience to natural and human crises and with the least amount of financial and human damage can overcome the crisis and return to normal in the shortest time. . . Unfortunately, in most cities of Iran, the part of the city that forms the core of the city and carries the identity, originality and history of the city have been forgotten and due to physical, social, economic and managerial weakness are waiting for the slightest natural flip. To dismantle and leave huge casualties and financial losses to their residents. In this regard, the present study evaluates and analyzes the dimensions and indicators of urban resilience in the dilapidated fabric of Boroujerd. Descriptive-analytical research method and using questionnaire methods, the statistical population is all residents of the worn-out tissue of Boroujerd, which in the 2016 census had a population of 37104 people. Cochran's formula was used to estimate the sample size, which was estimated to be 384 samples according to this formula. These questionnaires were randomly distributed in the range. After extracting the desired information, they were analyzed using SPSS software and smart pls structural equation software. The results of this study show that the worn-out fabric of Boroujerd is in an unfavorable condition in all aspects of resilience, according to Friedman test, the social dimension with 3.88, the economic dimension with 2.57, the physical dimension with 2.33 and the institutional dimension with /57, respectively. 1 is in better to worse condition, respectively. Also, the results of the structural equation model showed that the social dimension with 0.355, the physical dimension with 0.300, the economic dimension with 0.291 and the institutional dimension with 0.277 are effective for resilience of Boroujerd worn tissue, respectively.

The outbreak of an epidemic disease such as Covid-19 and the adoption of strict policies such as general quarantine, travel restrictions and social distancing led to a significant decrease in international and even interprovincial travel, and rural areas due to their attractiveness Natural and cultural tourism as cheap tourist destinations for spending leisure time and recreation have attracted the attention of domestic tourists. Therefore, the present research has investigated the role of rural transportation in the development of rural tourism in terms of economic indicators. The geographical area of the research is the touristic villages of Hesar Valiasr County (Avaj Township, Qazvin province) in the time horizon of the summer of 1400. The current research is of the type of applied research and the descriptive-analytical method used is based on the questionnaire tool. The statistical population of the research was 8 touristic villages of Hesar Valiasr County in Avaj Township, which according to the population and housing census data (2015) has 358 permanent resident households, using the Cochran formula (p and q equal to 0.5), the number of 190 cases was selected as a sample. To analyze the questionnaire data, one-sample t-tests, Pearson's correlation and linear multivariate regression were used. The results showed that in the economic dimension, the indicators of the increase in the construction of second homes for tourism (3.99) and the increase in investment and capital formation (3.69) received the most positive impact from the development of rural transportation. Also, the results of multivariable linear regression showed that rural transportation has a significant and positive effect on the development of tourism in economic dimensions with a determination coefficient of 0.846. So that, according to the beta values of one unit of change in the standard deviation of independent variable indicators such as "increase in the construction of second homes for tourism", "diversity of employment and income opportunities", "improvement of access to services", "Improvement of tourism infrastructure in the village" and "Increase of investment and capital formation in the village" as a result of the development of rural transportation, are respectively 0.401, 0.291, 0.333, 0.360 and 0.008 units in the development of rural tourism. The opinion of the respondents has a positive effect.

The quality of life, due to the expansion of the process of industrialization and the advancement of technology, which takes into account the quantitative aspect of human life, and also due to the neglect of the qualitative aspects of human life, has been noticed by thinkers and thinkers of human sciences in the past few decades in Western countries. This research has dealt with the comparative evaluation of the quality of life in urban areas and the effect of the creation of industrial settlements on it in Dandi city. The current research is applied and descriptive-analytical in terms of method. Data collection has been done using library (books, articles, theses, and official organizational statistics) and field (questionnaire and observation) methods. The statistical population of the research is based on the population and housing census data of 1390, totaling 1018 households, out of which 279 cases were selected as a sample using Cochran's formula. Data analysis was done using descriptive and inferential statistical methods such as Wilcoxon and Kruskal Wallis statistical tests. The results of the Wilcoxon test in Dandi show that industrial settlements have had a positive effect on the physical, social, economic, access and quality of life indicators (infrastructure, facilities and transportation) and only on the environmental quality of life index. It is negative. Among the indicators of the quality of life for all neighborhoods, the social index has the greatest intensity of difference between the two periods (before and after the construction of industrial settlements). The z-statistic of the social index was obtained for all neighborhoods of the city - 14/004, and the lowest severity of the difference between the two periods before and after the establishment of industrial settlements is related to the physical index. The z-statistic of the physical index between the two periods before and after the construction of industrial settlements is -9.994. The results of the total indicators of the quality of life at the level of Dandi neighborhoods based on the Kruskal Wallis test show that Ferdos neighborhood is in a very good condition and Kalsimin neighborhood is in a good condition in terms of quality of life. In terms of the quality of life, the neighborhoods of Old Town and Amirul Mominin are in a poor state, and the neighborhoods of Adrat and Old Town are in a very poor state in terms of the quality of life.
