Despite more than three decades of early research on resilience, this concept is still lacking in inclusive and operational in various scientific fields, including disaster management. Many of the contradictions in the meaning of resilience arise from cognitive tendencies, methodological approaches, fundamental conceptual differences, as well as views that focus on research into ecological, social, or a combination of both. A resilient city is a city that has the capacity to withstand and accept danger before the collapse of the system. The system of this city is dynamic and changeable. When danger occurs, it absorbs change and returns to equilibrium, the city has the ability to go back and accept the threat. In recent years, research in the field of urban resilience in Iran in scientific and geographical research journals has been increasing and the academic community has become familiar with the need for research in this field. Therefore, this research has been written by meta-analysis method (a systematic method to achieve these goals by statistical analysis of quantitative findings from studies related to a research problem) and with the aim of identifying and categorizing research articles written in the field of urban resilience in geographical journals; After searching and identifying the articles that have dealt directly with the subject in recent years, understanding the approaches and their nature, we examined the structure of the articles including methodology, indicators, sampling, data collection and analysis methods and the results obtained to positive and negative aspects. The results of the research indicate that all articles are a kind of theorizing and have not led to theorizing. Although some researches have provided very good and new models and suggestions, due to the nature of the researches, they cannot be classified as fundamental researches and theorists.

Tourism activity has been relatively stable in recent years, and despite the uncertain outlook for the global economy, macroeconomic tensions and unemployment in many countries, it has become clear that this sector has benefited from the process of globalization; In such a field, considering the development of science and technology and the progress that has been made in research models, planners are trying to plan in the field of tourism by using new models. Tourism development planning in Alborz province with emphasis on the participation of local community in these plans will create jobs and economic growth in this province. Therefore, in this research, which has been done by descriptive-analytical method, an attempt has been made to present strategies in the field of tourism development in Alborz province by using a combination of SWOT and AHP models; Therefore, based on the calculations of the SWOT model, threats with a score of 2.939 have the highest coefficient, followed by weaknesses with a value of 2.936, opportunities with a value of 2.911, and finally strengths with a value of 2.903; However, after combining the results of the SWOT model with the AHP model, the defensive strategy (WT) with the estimated value of 4.078 has obtained the highest value of the calculated weight, followed by the aggressive strategies with the measured value of 3.895, the competitive strategy. With a measured value of 3.773 and finally a conservative strategy with a value of 3.626 in the lowest rank of the hierarchy of strategies is considered. Thus, based on this output, suggestions have been made for the development of the tourism sector in Alborz province.

Housing has long been considered as the most important and main needs of human life and the physical element of space with the nature of livelihood, which is constantly evolving under the influence of various factors that have affected the components of livelihood-oriented housing. Is. . In the present study, the components of livelihood-based housing components and the role of livelihood diversity in livelihood developments have been analyzed. The type of research is applied and descriptive-analytical in nature. Data collection methods were used as library and field (questionnaire), descriptive (mean) and inferential data analysis (Landa Wilkes analysis and diagnostic statistics, logistic regression model). The statistical population of the present study includes all villages of Miracle village in Zanjan province. Using Cochran's formula, 273 families in 5 sample villages were selected. Rural sampling is simple for random household selection. Cronbach's alpha was used to measure the reliability of the indices and its values were 0.76%. The results show that 35.53% of households do not have subsistence housing and 46.64% of subsistence houses do not. Also, in all three dimensions, households with subsistence housing have a higher average (2.76%) than households without subsistence housing with an average (2.24%). Accordingly, the largest difference is the average in the economic dimension. Finally, Landa Wilkes statistics to examine the difference between households with subsistence housing and no housing based on livelihood in terms of dimensions of subsistence diversity show that the diversity of household life is different and the dimensions of income (0.737), employment (726) / 7) and Assets (0.491) play the most important role in cleaning households with subsistence housing and shortage of subsistence-based housing, respectively.

One of the important characteristics of a healthy social life in any society is the existence of an acceptable level of security for all citizens. The main purpose of the research is the relationship between satisfaction with the quality of life and the feeling of security in the so-called neighborhoods and the problematic program of Zanjan. The type and method of the present study is applied in terms of purpose and it is the study of the effect of public security on the quality of life in urban areas and also in terms of method, based on survey (field) and documentary methods. To determine the importance of quality of life criteria from a decision-making model. اچ. Pi was used. Also, the analysis and inference of the collected data were analyzed according to the type of data in Spss software and then thematic maps were prepared in GIS software. The findings showed that there is a direct relationship between quality of life and the resulting security in both neighborhoods. In Karmandan neighborhood, the indicators of density class, building age, type of building facade and satisfaction with waste disposal status were 3.80, 3.45, 3.17 and 3.85, respectively, while in Islamabad neighborhood, the indicators of separation system were average. , The number of floors and the type of skeleton are obtained with 1.26, 1.18 and 1.30 less than the average, respectively. In both neighborhoods, only the index of satisfaction with the status of waste disposal does not show a significant difference with the average, and the highest difference in both neighborhoods was related to the segregation system index; Therefore, those who have had a high quality of life; Feeling more secure than those at the lower end of the spectrum; Have had. This rate was higher in Karmandan neighborhood with 3.48 than in Islamabad neighborhood with 3.47. Despite the significant difference in the different quality of life of the two neighborhoods, the security of the residents of the problematic settlements does not seem to depend much on the quality of life criteria.

Smart urban growth is the adaptation of the current and future physical, social and economic needs of urban communities based on the three concepts of land use mixing, accessibility and density in urban environments and creating places with unique features to reduce urban development costs and citizens' comfort. The purpose of this study is to investigate and assess the status of intelligent growth in the 5th district of Tabriz. This research is applied in terms of purpose and descriptive-analytical in terms of methodology. To conduct this research, three indicators of intelligent growth including physical management and protection of open spaces, land use mixing and access and transportation network were studied. In the first part of the research, the physical development of the region was assessed during three time periods of 63, 87 and 95. In the second part of the study, the land use mix of the local access network and the public transport fleet of buses, taxis and subways and the quality of the access network were evaluated. Arc Gis and Google Earth software as well as network analyzer tools and models and Z-score were used in the research process. Findings show that in the dimension of land use mixing index, according to the function of region-area, residential, commercial and tourism and tourism uses have had the highest volume of mixing that the final mixing index was evaluated with a high value of 1.6. In the final part, in order to determine the access status and quality of public fleet services through network analysis tools, considering the distance space of Manhattan in a space of 500 meters, the radius of access to communication routes in ArcMap environment was modeled. For taxis, buses and then subways were evaluated as having the best condition. The results show that the management of physical development in the 5th district of Tabriz is associated with fluctuations and its physical development after the 87th decade onwards takes a reproductive process, the most development process of which is outside the region in It was the eastern border.

Since the number of home businesses in the villages of Ghani Bigloo rural district increased by 4.5% to 230 during 2005-2002, the aim of this study is to analyze the factors that affect the business environment of home industries in the study area. Are. To do this, 8 villages out of a total of 33 villages were selected as a sample from among the rural settlement spatial patterns in which 1614 households live, and among these, 280 household heads were calculated as a sample size by the Cochran's formula and Morgan table. The collected information has three scales: relative, rank and distance, which can be analyzed at both household and village levels. Data analysis was performed with SPSS software and appropriate parametric and non-parametric tests and the following results were obtained: Most of those who turned to family businesses were middle-aged, illiterate or female-headed households, mostly due to economic constraints. They have moved in this direction and in this direction the fields of entrepreneurship, self-management and managerial family, upgrading and improving the current business situation, applying for licenses and forming cooperatives, applying for financial facilities and credits, trying to create new ideas and They did not pay attention to job diversity and the like. It is suggested that Dehyaran and the Islamic Council, within the scope of their authority, provide the ground for the recognition of these businesses and the establishment of cooperatives and rural micro-credit funds to improve the situation of these businesses.
