Criticism indicates dynamism in scientific fields and the science of geography as a rooted science, especially after 1923, has become accustomed to criticism. And considers the existence of critical contexts as the inspiration for the development of scientific theories and the transformation of existing methods. If we consider the alignment of scientific methods in geography to be influenced by the views of Hartshorn and Schaefer and in the form of exceptionalism and the space science, The tendencies in the methods of analysis in this science should also be followed in two categories: quantitative and qualitative. This study deals with the pathology of quantitative methods in contemporary Iranian geography, For the examples of these injuries, the content analysis of articles in three domestic scientific-research journals has been studied. The information required for this research has been obtained by using documentary sources and using the content of articles in the quarterly journals "Human Geography Research", "Human Settlement Planning Studies" and Geographical Space. The data have been analyzed using the information extracted from these journals and matching the content of these studies with the concepts, axes and missions of geographers. The results of this study showed that in 92.6% of the researches the method of data collection was field and in 64.7% of them the questionnaire technique was used as the dominant method. Among the basic questions of geography, the pursuit of what and where phenomena still prevails. And in 79.3% of the articles, the quantitative method has prevailed in the analysis of the phenomenon that in some of them, there was no need for correlation and regression analysis to prove between the variables. Finally, the concerns of modern geography were less questioned in the articles studied in this study, Only 30% of the researches have dealt with issues such as "social theory", "political economy" and "cultural theories, which to some extent testifies to the conservatism of Iranian geographical research.

The financial inability of executive agents and urban management in helping housing programs and financing urban services has been effective in the process of formation and nature of urban density as well as the realization of unforeseen densities in urban development plans. Therefore, in recent times, the policy of selling excess building density by municipalities has caused disruption in the country's urban system, space organization, and urban appearance. Due to these factors, there is a lack of service uses and an increase in mass congestion, which over time has led to cities becoming a platform for land and housing. In the present article, we intend to study the changes in building density in Zafaranieh town of Tabriz to measure the paradigms affecting the formation of building densities in the study area. The method of the present research is applied in terms of purpose and descriptive-analytical research in terms of nature. Accordingly, two main methods of field-library have been used to collect data and information. Thus, after reviewing the theoretical foundations of the research, first, using the approved plans of the city of Tabriz, the number of floors and criteria related to urban densities of the study area during the period 1399 - 1390 were extracted; Then, by referring to the Municipality of Tabriz Region 2, the number of permits issued, the number of building floors and the revenues from the sale of density were determined. To analyze the data, using Arc GIS geographic information system and models such as CrossTeb, Holdern model, and Shannon model, changes in the number of building floors, the growth rate of saffron town, and the distribution of altered parts have been analyzed. The results of this study show that in the period 1399 - 1390, changes in building density in the study area were quite noticeable that the most important factor in this field was the sale of density to provide municipal revenue.

The role of rural economic activity in the world is considered very important and is valuable in national, regional and even international dimensions. But the main marketing position of rural products and the low share of sales revenue have not yet been able to fully prove their competence. This is mostly due to defects in the structure of the rural products market. Due to the importance of the issue and the lack of an integrated marketing approach in the products sector, especially in rural organizations and cooperatives as custodians of production and distribution, the need for more scientific and practical attention to marketing is reminded, in this regard, research method is performance evaluation Economics has been done by providing interpretive structural modeling and determining the relationship between validated components. The analysis of the research has been obtained by using effective components in local marketing in rural areas from a set of environmental, social and economic dimensions by taking similar studies and approval of academic experts. A structure was created. Based on this, the components of infrastructure and physical adaptation, equipping the farm shop, mass production and variety of products, strengthening the agricultural relationship, ICT infrastructure and expanding the scope of integrated marketing form the main body of the model. Establish facilitator funds. As a result, the proposed model of local marketing in rural areas with an interpretive structural modeling approach to achieve its proper position emphasizes an integrated network with the role of rural actors, constructive organizations in sustainable development strategy and will result in rural deprivation elimination strategies. The chain process is presented. That rural households that do not have an economy dependent on agriculture and increase the share of marketing in livelihood resources and use it. Strategic environmental assessment system is a preventive and structured approach for predicting, identifying and evaluating the environmental, economic and social impacts of development options at different levels of the planning system. The purpose of this research is to use the strategic environmental assessment method to screen strategic measures for rural development with emphasis on the "Strategic Document of Economic Development of Planning Region 2 of Khuzestan Province". The present research is applied based on the purpose and type of research, and descriptive and survey (analytical) methods in terms of nature and method. Screening has been done by using checklist and screening matrix in the framework of Fuzzy Delphi Method and with the advice and survey of 26 responsible practitioners in various fields of planning about 3 components and 36 key environmental criteria. The results showed that strategic action is of significant importance in terms of communication with the comprehensive and common directions of economic and social development at the national, regional and local levels, especially for improving the welfare and human livelihood of rural communities. Screening showed that based on legal and formal guidelines, planning areas covered by strategic action are identified and introduced as areas of development with potentially significant environmental impacts and strategic action is of significant environmental importance in terms of linking and influencing other strategic actions in the planning system. Also, the results showed that the degree of complexity and importance of environmental issues, problems and constraints related to the target planning areas in the covered rural areas is higher than significant. The degree of streamlining and integration of environmental considerations and concerns, especially the consideration of standards, values, laws and regulations (legal/civil requirements) related to the environment, is less than significant. In addition, the screening results showed that strategic action in each of the target planning departments has provided a framework for the creation and development of other activities and operational projects at the micro level and, based on the consensus of experts, can Lead to significant potential effects with diverse nature and quality on geographical and natural areas and cultural areas, including rural and urban settlements with dense population and densely populated areas in the counties of Abadan and Khorramshahr.Given that, it can be concluded that the strategic plan for many screening criteria and key environmental components are vital. Furthermore, its implementation can have significant effects and consequences and irreversible damage to the environment of rural and urban areas. Thus, based on the findings of environmental screening, the need for accurate environmental and technical assessments of the strategic initiatives to identify and analyze the effects and, if necessary, review, modify, improve or change the designed content and strategies. Also, it is recommended to anticipate and prepare appropriate mitigation actions.
