Abstract
The increasing growth and development of information technology has caused major changes in the global community. Today, various organizations offer their services digitally, and digitalization is a developing trend in all matters. This issue has also had a significant impact on the banking industry. In the meantime, recreating the banking system using new technologies, forming and implementing the digital banking model, and expanding and penetrating this market as much as possible, has become one of the main concerns of the players in this industry. Considering this, in the upcoming research, we will seek to identify the factors affecting the penetration of the digital banking market in Iran. For this purpose, in the first step, a total of 59 articles in the field of digital banking were identified and reviewed. These articles were evaluated in three stages using the meta-synthesis method. Finally, the results of the meta-synthesis method and the use of the open coding tool, eight main fields and a number of sub-fields, were explained in the form of a meta-synthesis model for variables affecting penetration in the digital banking market. Also, at this stage, using the indexing, conceptualization and categorization method, the primary data were produced in the form of new sub-components and added to the meta-synthesis model of the research. The eight main fields identified are: keeping up with global changes, advertising, culture building, quality of the service provider system, security, understanding the necessity of bank digitalization, training and management. In the meta-synthesis model of the research, the higher sub-components are relatively more important due to having the most codes and the highest repetition in the selected articles.
