Investigating the role of tourism entrepreneurship on the livelihood of rural households in Pol-e Dokhtar County

Abstract
This study is applied in terms of purpose and descriptive-analytical in terms of method.The research data collection tool was obtained using a researcher-made questionnaire, whose validity was confirmed by professors and experts in terms of form and content.Its reliability was also calculated by Cronbach's alpha at 0.81, which indicates appropriate reliability.The statistical population of the study is the households in the villages of Pol-e Dokhtar County, which is estimated to be 7358 households according to the general population and housing census of 2016. Also, the number of statistical samples was 365 households selected using the Cochran formula in a quota manner. In order to analyze the findings, one-sample t-test, multivariate regression analysis, and Pearson correlation coefficient were used.The results of the one-sample t-test showed that tourism entrepreneurship is in a favorable situation with an average of 3.107.The test results indicate that Jaydar rural district has the best situation in terms of tourism entrepreneurship among rural districts of Pol Dokhtar County with an average of 3.187, and Miankouh Gharbi rural district is in the worst situation with an average of 2.854.The results of the one-sample t-test showed that the vitality of rural households is assessed as favorable with an average of 3.068.The results of the regression analysis showed that the physical-infrastructure index with a beta coefficient of 0.287, the socio-cultural index with a beta coefficient of 0.239, the institutional index with a beta coefficient of 0.205, and the environmental index with a beta value of 0.153 are effective on the vitality of rural households.
