An explanation of religious tourism destinations from the perspective of Arbaeen processions with an approach to loyalty behaviors (Study case: Bijar city)

Abstract
Until a few years ago, the biggest religious tourism event was the spiritual journey of Hajj, but in recent years, the Arbaeen pilgrimage has won the first place and is considered a great social event in the world. Also, this massive and popular event is considered a great economic move because the large number of tourists with the Arbaeen trip help to promote tourism and business and increase the capacity and power of the destination. In this study, the factors affecting religious tourism and the degree of influence of the most important factors according to the statistics available in this field in Bijar city will be investigated. This research is of a descriptive-analytical type, and the information needed for the research is collected from the library and survey method, and the tool is a researcher-made questionnaire in the form of closed questions. In this research, according to the nature of the population and the statistical sample equations will be analyzed. The results showed that the desire to return Arbaeen religious tourists was not very strong and the most loyalty of tourists to Bijar city related to the components of local attractions at the rate of 0.94% and the intensity of influence (path coefficient) of 0.97%, satisfaction levels at the level of 0.93 and the intensity of influence at 0.96. The behavioral image was 0.92 and the intensity of influence was 0.96, and creativity was 0.92 and the intensity of influence was 0.96.
