چکیده

سکونتگاه‌های غیررسمی یکی از چالش‌های اجتماعی شهرها می‌باشد که توسعه پایدار شهری را به خطر انداخته است و به دلیل وضعیت پایین اجتماعی و اقتصادی ساکنان و ایمن نبودن کالبد و بستر شکل‌گیری آن‌ها در مقابل مخاطرات محیطی، جزء آسیب‌پذیرترین بخش شهرها محسوب می‌شوند. تاب‌آوری در یک دهه اخیر به عنوان یک مسیر و راهبرد نوین برای توسعه شهری محسوب می شود به خصوص با توجه به اینکه امروزه خسارت­های فراوان مخاطرات طبیعی و انسانی به محیط و کالبد شهرها موجب شده­است که مفهوم تا آوری برای کاهش آثار سوانح، به حوزهای مهم در عرصة مدیریت بحران تبدیل شود. هدف تحقیق حاضر تحلیل تاب‌آوری کالبدی سکونتگاه‌های غیررسمی در برابر خاطرات محیطی (زلزله)، مطالعه موردی: پاکدشت (شهرک انقلاب) می‌باشد. نوع تحقیق بر اساس هدف کاربردی و بر اساس روش توصیفی و تحلیلی می‌باشد. داده‌های موردنیاز تحقیق از اسناد فرادست و روش‌های میدانی و مرکز آمار ایران گردآوری شد و برای تجزیه‌وتحلیل داده‌های تحقیق از نرم‌افزار Spss و Excel استفاده شد. یافته­های حاصل از پیمایش میدانی و اسنادی نشان داد که وضعیت شهرک انقلاب ازلحاظ دسترسی به معابر شهری در هنگام مواجهه با بحران ضعیف، دسترسی به کاربری‌های عمده شهری ضعیف، ازلحاظ دانه‌بندی قطعات ریزدانه، ازلحاظ مساحت زیربنا 52 درصد زیر 50 متر و بیش از سه‌چهارم زیر 70 متر زیربنا دارند ازلحاظ قدمت مساکن 57 درصد بالای 20 سال و 35 درصد بالای 40 سال، ازلحاظ مصالح 92 درصد آجر و آهن، ازلحاظ کیفیت بنا، 9 درصد تخریبی، 76 درصد قابل نگهداری و 15 درصد نوساز هستند با توجه نتایج تحقیق، شهرک انقلاب ازنظر تاب‌آوری کالبدی در هنگام مواجهه با مخاطره زلزله در سطح پایینی قرار دارد.

With the beginning of the 21st century, the world's population reached its highest level and urbanization increased. That was different in developing countries. Nearly 90% of the world's urban population lives in cities in developing countries. Meanwhile, cities in Asia and Africa have experienced the highest growth rate of 2.4. The unstable physical expansion of cities is one of the problems of the city and urbanization of the third world in contemporary times. Informal settlements are one of the social challenges of cities that have endangered sustainable urban development and due to the low social and economic status of residents and the insecurity of their formation and bed against environmental hazards, is one of the most vulnerable parts of cities. Are considered. The purpose of this study is to analyze the physical resilience of informal settlements against environmental memories (earthquake),case study: Pakdasht (EnghelabTown). The type of research is based on the applied purpose and based on the nature of the descriptive and analytical subject. The data required for the research were collected from meta-documents and field methods and the Statistics Center of Iran and SPSS and Excel software were used to analyze the research data. The results of field and documentary surveys showed that the situation of Enghelab town in terms of access to urban thoroughfares in the face of a weak crisis, poor access to major urban uses, in terms of fine-grained parts, in terms of infrastructure area 52% below 50 Meters and more than three quarters under 70 meters have infrastructure in terms of housing age 57% over 20 years and 35% over 40 years, in terms of materials 92% brick and iron, in terms of building quality, 9% destructive, 76% maintainable and 15% are newly built According to the results of the research, the town of Enghelab is at a low level in terms of physical resilience in the face of earthquake risk.
