Satellite data is one of the fastest and least expensive methods available to researchers to prepare land use maps. The study of changes in land cover and land use from the distant past on the earth's surface has been proposed and allows the observation and recognition of differences and differences in time series of phenomena, complications, and patterns of the earth's surface. The present study is an example of applications of remote sensing technology in urban resource management in which land use changes in Urmia County during a 9-year period from 2009 to 2018 have been evaluated. To conduct this research, the MTL sensor images of Landsat SPOT 8 and SPOT5 satellites were used and the images were classified by applying the object-oriented classification method. In the ArcGIS environment, the area of land use classification was examined. For the process of changes in rangeland use, man-made, dense, and dense vegetation and salt marshes, the method of detection of changes were used. The results of land use detection in Urmia city showed that during the 9-year period, the area of these land uses has changed from 551/1597 square kilometers in 2009 to 39/1678 square kilometers in 2018. The highest level of change in terms of the percentage of land uses is related to rangelands that have been destroyed and the lowest level of land use changes is related to salt land use.

The goal of sustainable urban development, which is one of the subsets of sustainable development, is to achieve balanced development and maintain economic, social and environmental sustainability. Urban development is a global phenomenon. Most urban growth and development is in developing countries. In most of these countries, the number of cities is growing rapidly and the urban population is increasing compared to the rural population. Social responsibility means the special attention of organizations in business processes to environmental and social issues. The company's social responsibility consists of four parts: economic, legal, moral and humanitarian. Green productivity is a strategy to increase environmental productivity and performance for overall socio-economic development. Therefore, considering that the ultimate goal of all organizations is to increase sustainable development, and also considering that in the current society, increasing productivity and profitability is due to the establishment of social responsibility systems, so a strong incentive to conduct the present study. it is formed. Therefore, the present study was conducted with the aim of the causal model of sustainable urban development based on social responsibility and green productivity. The present research is descriptive-correlational in terms of applied purpose and in terms of data collection method. The statistical population of the present study was 114 experts from the technical and civil engineering deputies of Isfahan municipalities. The sampling method was group (random stratified) and the sample size was determined through Cochran's formula (88). In order to collect the desired information and measure the research variables, a standard questionnaire was used. The validity of the measuring instrument was confirmed by content and its reliability by Cronbach's alpha coefficient. . Lisrel software (8.8) and (Spss, 24) were used to analyze the data. The results of path analysis showed that the dimensions of social responsibility have a significant impact on sustainable urban development and green productivity and green productivity has a significant impact on sustainable urban development.

Today, cities are the main place of work and life of most human groups. However, they face many problems in various economic, social, cultural and environmental fields, including problems such as pollution, traffic and transportation issues, and various environmental problems, etc. The quality of life and, consequently, livability in cities is greatly reduced. Therefore, paying attention to the quality of life, conditions and facilities and needs of city residents is a vital issue. Achieving livability is one of the goals of the sustainable urban development strategy that human beings have sought to improve quantitatively and qualitatively throughout their lives. In fact, the term livability refers to the degree of necessity of a society based on the needs and capacities of the people of that society. The purpose of this study is to measure the viability in the neighborhoods of District 6 of Tehran. For this purpose, first effective indicators in measuring livability from different sources have been prepared and then the required data and information have been collected from 18 neighborhoods in the form of a survey and a questionnaire. In the next step, the importance and impact of each indicator on livability is determined based on Shannon entropy method and the studied areas are ranked based on bioavailability using Vicker multi-criteria decision making method. The results show that the indicators of education by weight (0.125), health by weight (0.117) and transportation by weight (0.105) have the most importance and impact on the viability of region 6 and the indicators of visual quality, housing and pollution by weights (0.064), respectively. , 0.065 and 0.064) have the least importance and impact on the viability of region 6. Also, based on the entropy results, Argentina and Amirabad neighborhoods with Vikor index (0.00 and 0.34) have higher livability, respectively, and Iranshahr, Nosrat and Abbasabad neighborhoods with Vikor index (0.95, 0.91 and 089) have the lowest levels, respectively. They have livability at the regional level.

The values of urban appearance street space are different from the values of other physical elements of the city. The street space has linear content and transit function to introduce its appearance in special circumstances. In other words, the main part of the street space is only visible from an angle. Is in a state of motion that is, a dynamic, and the physical elements of the wall are regularly combined with the skyline, various sequences are. But at the intersections, the pause of the observer and the different spatial conditions cause the content of the values of the urban landscape to change. According to the above, the main elements of the body of the street are the skyline and the wall, among which the skyline is more important. The boundary skyline means the separation of the upper wall and the sky from the observer's point of view. The purpose of this study is to evaluate and quantify the skyline using the SVF index and with the help of google sketch up pro software. This quantitative assessment can guide urban planning and designer in the policies of urban geometric and development plans. For this purpose, the necessary data for the study area are collected and the operational process of research in Four steps: Create longitudinal cross-sections of selected streets in the area, 3D simulation in google sketch up the environment, determine observer points, and finally the sky access index was calculated and reporting was done. The results of the research show that Roshdieh town with an average skyline index of 43/32 has a regular skyline and Valiasr town with an average index of 40/55 has an irregular skyline. Therefore, the analysis of the obtained results and the test of the research hypothesis show that in the studied areas, there are significant differences between Valiasr town as an old and relatively planned area with Roshdieh town as a new and constructed and fully planned area.
